Privacy Policy

This policy covers mobile applications powered by the TEZR platform: guest-facing apps published for individual nightlife venues ("venue apps") and the staff-facing TEZR – Nightlife OS app used by venue teams. It explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The venue whose app you use is the data controller for its guest community and staff; HYPEMAKERZ LLC (TEZR) operates the platform on the venue's behalf.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email address or phone number, date of birth (all venue apps are 21+), and an optional profile photo and music preferences, provided when you sign up.
• Check-in location — your device location, used only at the moment you check in to confirm you are at the venue and award rewards points. We do not track your location in the background.
• Photos and content you submit — pictures you capture with the in-app camera and comments or reactions you post.
• Push notification token — a device identifier that lets the venue send you notifications you have opted into. Managed by iOS; you can revoke it anytime in system Settings.
• Usage analytics — anonymized screen recordings and interaction data via Microsoft Clarity, used to find and fix usability problems. Text you type is masked and never recorded. You can turn this off anytime in the app under Settings → Privacy → "Share usage analytics." See Microsoft's privacy statement.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
• We do not record what you type, your contacts, or your location outside of check-in.

How your information is used

To operate your account, award and redeem rewards points, process table reservation requests, deliver notifications you request, display community content (like comments) inside the app, and improve app quality. Your information is visible to the venue whose app you use and to TEZR as its service provider — never to other venues.

Storage and security

Data is stored with Supabase (hosted on AWS, United States) with row-level security controls that scope your data to your venue. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

Your choices and rights

• Analytics opt-out — Settings → Privacy → toggle off "Share usage analytics."
• Notifications — decline the iOS prompt or disable anytime in system Settings.
• Delete your account — Settings → Delete account permanently erases your profile, points, check-ins and content. This is immediate and irreversible.
• Access or correction — edit your profile in the app, or contact us for a copy of your data.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and EU/UK residents (GDPR) may exercise access, deletion, correction and portability rights through the mechanisms above or by contacting us.

Staff app — TEZR – Nightlife OS

The TEZR staff app is used by venue employees (servers, managers, and other staff) as part of their work. Staff accounts are created and managed by venue management through the TEZR portal — the app itself has no sign-up. For staff, we process:

• Account details — name, work email, role, and an optional headshot, provided by venue management.
• Operational activity — orders, table assignments, and service requests (such as bottle-ready alerts and staff pings) tied to the staff account, so the venue can run its floor operations.
• Push notification tokens — device identifiers for the staff member's iPhone and Apple Watch, used solely to deliver work alerts.

The staff app does not collect location, does not use analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not access contacts or the photo library. Staff data is visible to the employing venue and to TEZR as its service provider. To correct or delete a staff account, contact your venue manager or email us — accounts and their data are removed on request.

Age requirement

Venue apps are strictly for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and accounts require a date of birth confirming eligibility.

We'll update this page when the policy changes and revise the date above. Material changes are announced in-app.
